Norven Lofoten, the famous Norwegian herring, is well known for its unique taste, appealing texture and high nutritional value. It is a delicious sea product and is most popular as salted, pickled and marinated.
Norven Lofoten herring is named after the Lofoten islands in North Atlantic. The fishing season mainly occurs during the period from October to March when the Lofoten herring attains high quality and is easily accessible.
Lofoten Herring is an excellent source of vitamins A, D and B12. It has a high content of Omega-3 fatty acids.
